These Terms govern your use of the DateLock Shopify app. This is a draft and may be updated before public release. By installing or using DateLock, you agree to these Terms.

The service

DateLock lets your customers choose a delivery or pickup date at checkout, requires a date before an order can be completed, and records the chosen date on the order. Features and plan limits are described on the Shopify App Store listing and in the app.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify’s billing. Prices, plan limits, and any free tier are shown at the point of subscription. You can change or cancel your plan at any time through Shopify; billing stops when you uninstall.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access data belonging to other merchants.

Availability & disclaimer

We work to keep DateLock reliable, but the app is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. DateLock’s delivery-date enforcement is designed to fail open — if the app is unavailable, checkout is never blocked.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
